Ecomholders provides digital design services. Due to the nature of digital work, refunds are handled according to the following guidelines.

Deposits

Deposits or upfront payments made for project work are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

Before Work Begins

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Ecomholders.

Completed Work

Once a project or deliverable has been completed and delivered to the client, refunds cannot be issued.

Revisions

We aim to ensure client satisfaction and may provide reasonable revisions according to the project agreement.
